FROM OUR OWN POTENTIAL TO THE SYSTEMATIC CHANGE OF COMMUNITY

The first sprouting of a seed needs to push up the ground above in order to reach the sunlight that will allow the seed to grow and later offer its fruits to the ecosystem. Every seed contains the potential to become something more, as every human being contains a gift to be offered. This first part of the workshop is an invitation to explore and honor together our own potential and “meta-skills” through the systemic view. We will gain more awareness about the use and impact we want to have of our own personal power working with groups and organizations.
At the same time as the sprout pushes up, it’s roots start to reach deep into the ground, rooting and connecting the seed to the web of life that is holding and sustaining it. As the seed grows up, the roots become bigger and more connected with other forms of life.
For this second part of the training we will honor interdependence which sustains life in each of us. We will focus on empowering and developing the collective connections within our systems, whether we work with communities, organizations or companies. We will explore tools and experiences and work on how to support communities and organizations to be more cohesive and connected to their own inner purpose.

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?
People interested in supporting and working with teams and organizations
Any person who is interested in working with himself herself and lead his personal vision/purpose all along with the collaboration and the support of other people.

WHAT WE ARE GOING TO DO DURING THIS TRAINING?
We will work and develop techniques and tools to deep our sense and awareness of our personal power and its use in bringing our vision to the ground.
We will introduce the concept of metaskills develop for Amy Mindell and the group process community using systemic tools to deepen in.

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO LEARN?
We will work and develop techniques and tools to deepen our sense and awareness of our personal power and its use in bringing our vision to ground.
We will introduce the concept of metaskills develop for Amy Mindell and the group process community using systemic tools to ground it in our own practice.
We will learn and practice new systemic tools to work with teams and groups.
We will share experiences and new ideas about how to implement and use the systemic tools and views with groups and organizations
We will work on complex structures to support and empower the emergency of the collective wisdom in a group or organization.

THE TRAINER David Villota:

David is member of the spanish facilitation Institute. Professional facilitator since 2014, he has been working in the last years with all kind of groups around Europe and Africa. From occupy and grassroots movements to local governments, NGOS, universities, cooperatives or companies. Nowadays he is facilitating a senior researchrs groups in the Institute of Environmental Science and Technology in the Barcelona University and training facilitators in the national facilitation programme with el camino del elder. project.
He has been trained in organizational systemic, process work, dragon dreaming, Nonviolent communication, Art of Hosting and social theater. In 2017 he did a training in Sofia about NVC and conflicts. In 2018 – a training in systemic facilitation.
